Worldwide Shipping
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are charged once the products reach the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Something Special has no control over customs clearance fees or additional charges applied by local authorities. If you refuse the package because of customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, any related administration fee charged by customs or the carrier may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend checking with your local customs office or post office for more information about possible import duties and taxes before placing your order.
When will I receive my order?
Orders usually take up to 10 business days to make and fulfill before they are shipped.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are usually:

Most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks, but in some cases delivery may take up to 6 weeks depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

All products are shipped from Warsaw, Poland.
Will I be charged customs fees?
Customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders outside the European Union. These charges are not controlled by us and are assessed by your local customs office.

My order should have arrived, but I have not received it
Before contacting us, please:

check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the delivery address is correct;

ask your local post office whether they are holding your package;

check with your neighbors in case the courier left the parcel with them.
If the shipping address was correct and the parcel was not left at the post office or with a neighbor, contact us at hello@smthspcl.com with your order number.
If the delivery address was entered incorrectly, we can resend the order, but the new shipping cost will be at your expense.
