Something Special was born in 2018 in Gomel, Belarus, founded by illustrator and designer Marie Smth. What began as a passion project quickly grew into a beloved brand, known for its unique designs and thoughtful approach to fashion.
Over the years, Something Special flourished, evolving from a small creative endeavor into a full-fledged brand with its own sewing and printing production in Belarus.
Marie’s vision of creating clothing that celebrated individuality and quality resonated deeply with her audience, and the brand became a symbol of self-expression and mindful consumption.
However, in 2022, the brand’s journey in Belarus came to a pause as Marie relocated, closing the local chapter of Something Special. But stories like this don’t end—they transform.
At the end of 2023, Something Special was reborn, this time in Poland. Carrying forward the essence of what made it special, the brand retained its core values while embracing new opportunities for growth.
Today, Something Special continues to create clothing that tells a story. We remain committed to using the finest fabrics, supporting sustainable practices, and collaborating with small local sewing studios to minimize waste. Each piece is made to order, ensuring that every garment is as unique as the person who wears it.
