Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To withdraw from the contract, please email us at hello@smthspcl.com and include your order number and the items you wish to return.

You do not need to print anything. An email is enough to let us know that you want to withdraw from the contract.

If you want to send the item back using InPost, please generate your return code at szybkiezwroty.pl/en/SMTHSPCL using your order number, go to any InPost Paczkomat, enter the code, and follow the instructions on the screen.

Place the item in the locker and send the parcel.

You pay the return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;

• sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed;

• other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
  
  

  Size or Product Exchange

  If you would like to exchange your purchased item for a different size or a completely different product, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Return the item: Please send the product back to us using the Szybkie Zwroty service.

  2. Notify us of the exchange: Immediately after sending the package, please send an email to hello@smthspcl.com with your order number and details regarding the size or alternative model you wish to receive. This allows us to log your request and reserve the appropriate product or materials for you in advance.

  3. Price difference settlement:

     • If the new item is more expensive, an invoice with a payment link will be sent to your email address to cover the difference.

     • If the new item is less expensive, the price difference will be automatically refunded to the card or account used for the original purchase.

  4. Processing the exchange: As soon as your returned order reaches us (and any necessary balance payment is cleared), we will immediately begin preparing your replacement item. The product will be shipped to you as soon as it is ready.

  
  

Refunds

We will refund the price of the returned goods using the same payment method after we receive the returned items and your email notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refunded unless required by applicable law.

Refunds may take some time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
