Returns & Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
How to withdraw from the contract
To withdraw from the contract, please email us at hello@smthspcl.com and include your order number and the items you wish to return.
You do not need to print anything. An email is enough to let us know that you want to withdraw from the contract.
Return via InPost Quick Returns
If you want to send the item back using InPost, please:

Generate your return code at szybkiezwroty.pl/en/SMTHSPCL using your order number.

Go to any InPost Paczkomat.

Enter the code and follow the instructions on the screen.

Place the item in the locker and send the parcel.
You pay the return shipping costs.
We will refund the price of the goods using the same payment method after we receive the returned items and your email notice of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;

sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed;
